Bluff's Charm is a quiet, cozy all season home on Keuka Lake's East Bluff.  The house is just minutes from the Village of Penn Yan and an easy drive to many of the local attractions.  This lake home is on a large lot, with 155' of private lake frontage, making it a great home to vacation if you like a bit of quiet and privacy.  

Bluff's Charm is a ranch style home with a large wrap around deck which sits down a flight of steps from the main road and the parking area.  

As you walk in the front door, you'll enter the open main living area with plenty of windows and patio doors looking out over the lake.  The kitchen is spacious with a peninsula that includes seating for three.  It is fully stocked with cookware and dinnerware, including a dishwasher, microwave and a new five-burner stove.  In addition, there is a gas grill on the deck outside the kitchen and a charcoal grill at the cabin, lakeside.

 

The dining and living areas are comfortably furnished with views of the lake and the living room has a wood burning stove.  There is a full bath and laundry located off of the main living area.

From the main living area, you can access the hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms.  The Primary bedroom is at the end of the hall with a King size bed.  Another full bath is located beside the primary bedroom and has a tub/shower.  Bedroom two is just down the hall and has a Twin over Full bunk bed.  Bedroom three is at the opposite end of the hall and has a queen size bed.

The deck surrounding the house is surrounded by trees and has lounge furniture as well as two dining tables.  Lakeside, you'll find a wonderful cabin.  This is the  original cottage and has windows that open to the lake, a refrigerator and lounge furniture as well as a deck with dining table and chairs leading to the permanent dock.

Two, single person kayaks are provided at the property for guests' enjoyment, as well as canoes. East Bluff Harbor Marina is approximately a mile down the road, and has boat rentals, gasoline, and a launch available for guests who bring a boat with them.

The house has full heat and air conditioning making it very comfortable all times of the year.  The trees surrounding the house provide a nice break from summer heat.

We ask that renters to be over the age of 25.

·       Parking for 4 vehicles along the fence and garage at the road.
